Sample Boxes
Deposit holders will have the opportunity to purchase sample boxes in limited quantities. Given demand, availability will be on a rolling basis, and we’ll notify you as soon as boxes are ready to order. Deposits secure your place in line for both sample boxes and future product availability.

Queue Management: Queue numbers provide a general indication of order position. InventWood reserves the right to adjust fulfillment sequences based on production capabilities, order specifications, and business requirements. This flexibility helps us optimize our manufacturing process and better serve all customers. Placing a deposit does not guarantee product availability, specific delivery dates, or pricing. Final product availability will depend on production capacity and order specifications.

Important: Orders will be fulfilled for deposit holders during our production phase as we scale our manufacturing capacity. We’ll confirm exact delivery timing with each customer individually.

Is my deposit really fully refundable?

Yes, 100%. You can request a full refund at any time before placing your initial order. No questions asked. Email infor@inventwood.com with subject "REFUND REQUEST."

Can I place a deposit if I live outside the United States?

At this time, we are only accepting paid deposits for orders shipping within the United States and Canada. Due to overwhelming demand, our 2025 inventory is already allocated, and the earliest availability for new orders will be in 2026.

If you live outside the U.S. or Canada, we invite you to join our international interest list. Please fill out our contact form, and we’ll notify you as soon as commercial or international orders become available.

What if I'm not ready to order when products become available?

No problem. You can pass and still maintain priority status for future opportunities. While deposit holders receive priority consideration, queue positions may be adjusted based on production needs and order specifications. Your deposit doesn't guarantee specific availability, dates, or pricing. You can always request a full refund anytime.

Can I change my product preference after placing a deposit?

Absolutely. Just contact our customer service team to update your preferences, at information@inventwood.com.

How will I know when it's my turn to order?

We'll send you an email notification with a secure link to place your order when your selected products become available.

What's the difference between interior and exterior products?

Interior products apply the core SUPERWOOD technology, making a gorgeous, incomparably durable wood product best for indoor use. Exterior products feature moisture-resistance treatments.

Do I get priority status if I didn't complete the deposit payment?

No. Priority status is only granted to customers who complete a paid deposit. If you submitted a contact form, your interest is noted but no priority access is reserved.

How long do I have to place my order when notified?

When ordering becomes available, your notification email will outline any specific time limits for placing your order before access is extended to others. Products are offered based on available inventory and production capacity.

Will I get a sample before I place my product order?

We are offering paid sample boxes to deposit holders in limited quantities, on a rolling basis. Availability is limited, so not every deposit holder will receive a sample at the same time. We’ll notify you by email as soon as boxes are ready to order.

Placing a deposit secures your place in our production queue for products when they become available, regardless of whether you’ve received a sample yet.

Do I have to pay for a sample box?

Yes. Sample boxes are a separate purchase and not included with your deposit. More details, including cost and shipping timing, will be shared when your sample becomes available.

How do I request a refund for my deposit?

Simply email us at information@inventwood.com with the subject line, “REFUND REQUEST,” and we’ll confirm within a business day. No forms, no hoops, just a clean reversal.

How is my priority determined?

Priority is initially assigned in real-time based on completing your deposit, with your queue number indicating your general position. However, fulfillment sequences may be adjusted based on production capabilities, order specifications, and business requirements.

Can I transfer my place in the queue to someone else?

Status is non-transferable. However, you may cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund.
